Recognizing the critical demand for high-quality Human Resources expertise, Rebecca McCathern founded RM Advisors, LLC.

Prior to establishing RM Advisors, Rebecca built a distinguished career in Human Resources, primarily within the high-tech and communications industries. Most recently, she served as the head of HR for a global semiconductor company, where she played a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and talent development.

With extensive experience in leadership collaboration, Rebecca specializes in designing and implementing talent management strategies that drive culture, align with company values, and support business objectives. Her expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, strategic talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rebecca is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate challenges and achieve their aspirations.

Outside of work, Rebecca is an avid DIY enthusiast, loves to read, and is a passionate estate auction participant. Her greatest creative outlet is art—both creating and collecting. She is also dedicated to giving back in her local community, enjoys hiking, biking, and practicing yoga as a certified instructor. Rebecca resides in Albany with her two dogs, three cats, and a rotating group of foster dogs.
